Patients have the choice to pay for uninsured services individually or, as preferred by many patients, sign up for our Annual Block Fee. Details on non-insured services can be found BELOW.

If you have received an invoice from our office for a non-insured service and prefer to pay for this service individually, please below. Note that individual invoices can be waived if you sign up for the annual block fee instead.

Patients can also pay for the Annual Block Fee in our office by cheque, cash, credit, e-tra or by phone with credit card. Please do not mail cash.
